Letzte Woche hieß es noch, dass Festival wäre ausverkauft doch nun konnte die Besucherkapazität spontan erhöht werden und es sind 5.000 weitere Tickets verfügbar. Kaufen kann sich der geneigte Festivalbesucher diese über www.southside.de zum (normalen) Preis von € 141,- inkl. Gebühren, Camping, Zugpauschale und € 10,- Müllpfand.
Um Platz für die zusätzlichen Gäste zu haben, wurden weitere Campingflächen organisiert und zusätzliche Parkflächen in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Geländes angemietet.
